*TRICARE/Health Net Federal Services insurance is accepted only at Pittsburgh Mercy Family Health Center.
Your Responsibility
If you have health insurance coverage:
- You are responsible for providing the insurance information required for billing. Please bring your insurance card to every appointment. Please notify us when your insurance coverage changes.
- We will bill your insurance provider the full cost of covered services.
- You are responsible for paying the co-insurance, co-pay, and/or deductible amounts for covered services.
- If you have questions about which services your insurance plan covers, please contact your insurance provider at the telephone number on the back of your insurance card.
If you don’t have insurance coverage:
- Charges for services that you receive may be reduced by an additional fee that’s determined by proof of your income.
- We have financial coordinators who will work with you to determine your eligibility for benefits. Ask your care team for details.
Billing & Payment
We accept several forms of payment:
- Cash
- Check
- Money order
- Most major credit cards
If you receive an invoice from our billing department, please do not mail cash. If you would like to make a payment, please send a check or money order payable to Pittsburgh Mercy to:
