Pittsburgh Mercy Family Health Center

Welcome to Pittsburgh Mercy Family Health Center, part of Pittsburgh Mercy Health System and Trinity Health, sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy.

In the past, many people sought physical health services from one provider, and behavioral health care services from another provider. Care was often times uncoordinated. Until now.

Pittsburgh Mercy Health System is changing the way integrated health care is delivered.

Pittsburgh Mercy Family Health Center is a person-centered medical home. We serve the physical and behavioral health care needs of adults, children, and families, all in one convenient location.

At Pittsburgh Mercy Family Health Center, we recognize that wellness includes every aspect of a person's health, not just physical well-being. We provide high-quality integrated health services that meet the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of the people we serve.

Our experienced team of health care professionals treats all persons with compassion, reverence, and respect. Our services empower people to overcome barriers and to lead fulfilling, healthy, and successful lives in the community.

Every patient is an important and valued member of the health care team. We work with individuals to identify and create wellness goals, and we assist them in achieving their potential. We partner with individuals to address the needs of the whole person, as outlined in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's Eight Dimensions of Wellness*:

  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Spiritual
  • Social
  • Intellectual
  • Occupational
  • Environmental
  • Financial

We improve coordination of care through effective communication and collaboration with the person served and other members of the person's care team.

Pittsburgh Mercy Family Health Center offers flexible appointments and free parking. Our on-site lab offers convenience and rapid diagnostic capabilities. To schedule an appointment, call 412.697.3260.
