Employment Specialist
Summary: A member of the Community Treatment Team (CTT), a multidisciplinary team who provides community-based services to adults with mental health disorders and co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders.
This position is based on the evidence-based practice of supported employment and helps persons served find, get, and keep a job based on their individual needs and preferences.
Minimum qualifications and requirements: A master’s degree in human services and one year of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in human services and three years of related experience, are required. Business and/or vocational experience are preferred. A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required.
This is a regular, full-time position.
Works primarily Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with flexibility to meet program needs. Rotates on-call, evenings, and holidays. Work locations vary.

Mobile Therapist
Summary: Serves as part of the Mobile Mental Health Therapy team. Provides individual and family psychotherapy in the home/community setting to adults who cannot get to office-based therapy appointments. Participates in regular supervision, team meetings, and other meetings, as needed, to encourage collaboration with other providers. Completes and maintains documentation in accordance with organizational and governmental entity standards.
Minimum qualifications and requirements: A master’s degree in human services; one year of experience; current licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a licensed psychologist, a licensed clinical social worker, or a licensed professional counselor, or willingness to become licensed; a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license; and access to a personal vehicle are required.
Works daylight Monday through Friday with flexibility to meet the needs of persons served.
Work locations vary. Work is completed in the person’s home/community setting.

Residential Support Specialist
Summary: Provides direct service to adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Supports residents by administering medications, supporting meals, and doing basic kitchen and dining room-related tasks. Also assists in providing direct care support for health and hygiene, community integration activities, and other forms of social and recreational outreach. Service provision also consists of teaching all appropriate living/social skills in order to enhance or maintain independence.
Minimum qualifications and requirements: A bachelor’s degree in human services or four years of paid, direct care experience and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license are required.

Casual Pool Specialist
Summary: The Casual Pool Specialist is a part-time, on-call, as-needed position which provides assistance and training to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or individuals with mental illness on an as needed basis in their residential and/or day setting. This position is designed to provide quality services as guided by positive practices and person-centered planning. This position is directly responsible to the director. Expectation that the casual pool specialist will be flexible with their scheduled work hours in order to meet minimum staffing requirements at all programs. In the event of unforeseeable emergencies, staff may be required to stay until relief arrives.
Minimum qualifications and requirements: High school graduate. Computer skills are necessary. Candidate must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
This is a part-time, flexible, on-call, as-needed position. Days and shifts vary.

Direct Support Professional
Summary: Provides assistance and training to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness in their residential settings and quality services as guided by positive practices and person-centered planning.
Minimum qualifications and requirements: A high school diploma, six months direct service experience, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and access to a personal vehicle are required. Computer skills are necessary. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, such as weather, this position may be required to stay until relief arrives.
This is a regular, part-time position.
